The vocabulary design system is not implemented across the site and that makes the site inconsistent with Creative Commons design system. This will help create visual uniformity and accessibility.

I'm moving this to 🧹 status: ticket work required Needs more details before it can be worked on since this is a rather largely scoped Issue it would need to have a more detailed Description of possible sub-Issues to work through in a larger implementation.

Adding as much detail here, and splitting work off into smaller Issues would be beneficial.
