Hello,

I would like to use this dashboard and would like to know under which license it can be used.

Hello @petrk94,
Thank you for using our products, if you are using the Free version, this will be under the MIT license and you have to keep the Credits in the footer section.

If the Credits have to be kept in the footer section, then the paper-dashboard isn't published under the MIT licence. Being published under the MIT licence means that the software can be used as it is or modified to any degree (including removing the Credits from the footer) on the condition that the following notice is included in the header of the source files:

If you want to impose that the users should keep the Credits in the footer, then a different license (like Apache License 2.0) would be required.
