Fix some basic issues.

There are some basic issues that need to be addressed.

Some are noted in the notebook that is present under the main directory about the structure of the data files.

Additionally :

• There is nothing in the directory output_Dec_2017
• There is a file called Kcc_Argo_2018.mat in the main folder. Is that the same as that under the Argo directory?
• There are info files inside directories, which are empty.
