This is an example of a singleton resource composition that utilizes Go templating, management policies, and Crossplane's ExtraResources feature. By leveraging these capabilities, the composition dynamically determines whether a cloud resource should be observed (imported) or created (managed). Using Go templating within ExtraResources, it checks if the requested resource already exists in the cloud and applies the appropriate management approach accordingly.
