I'm wondering if there's a way to test compatibility between the latest opam release (most recent ocaml-vX.X.X tag) and the latest npm release (js-vX.X.X). The only place where these are used together that I know of is in https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/-/tree/master/src/lib_hacl.
