The root config should be set as the working directory so that symbolic links are not required and node_modules/libs can be found automatically https://github.com/superfluid-finance/protocol-monorepo/blob/2dbb63e63c57e0e0528f65a09d001f48b0029778/packages/ethereum-contracts/foundry.toml#L2
