should remove excursion type related widget/UI #567

since we have combined excursion into events, we should remove/handle widgets for or mentioning excursion type action. Noticed so far:

News page, there is a slide for "most popular excursion" which is always empty right now.
Status page, there are 4 widgets related to excursions.
