Please could you add a top level License file to this repository to specify the license the code is being distributed under? Some of the files include the text "You should have received a copy of the OpenNETCF.org Shared Source License along with this library", but it's not clear to me that a copy of the OpenNETCF.org Shared Source License has been included, or if this applies to all of the files?

@ctacke Is it possible to fork and include self-built binaries into a solution. Like the other guys asked, what is the license?
