Part 1: Catalog Column Sizes

At the moment, the size of each column of the Catalog table (event, host, tags) is dependent on the length of the entry (e.g. how long the title of the event is)
As a result, when applying filters and searching, the columns appear to shift— we'd like to prevent this from happening by making the column widths independent of the content within each column
Use the high-fidelity design as reference for the width of each column
