Missing "Notes" element on docx to pdf converting

Environment

• YARG version: 2.2.10

Description of the bug or enhancement

Converting docx to pdf.

In docx there are elements called "Notes" that act like a link to text in footer when you click it.

Looks like a problem with footnotes.xml

input.docx with Notes (check out little "1" on Title).

• Expected behavior
  Notes converting as is (when you convert docx to pdf from Microsoft Office context menu).
  output_with_notes.pdf

• Actual behavior
  Notes is missing, only number "1" stay in file.
  output_without_notes.pdf

Is there any solution for it or maybe am I missing something?

We are facing the same problem. unicode characters are not printed when converting docx to pdf.
