Add support for parsing and viewing the ESMF log

In addition to just being convenient to see the log messages in Eclipse, this is a prerequisite for annotating the NUOPC outline view with runtime information.

I have a start on this using TraceCompass which is an Eclipse plugin for reading and analysing different trace formats. As always with 3rd party tools, there is some risk in using this plugin, but not using it will likely require a lot of custom code that this library already does....
