fix/ Incompatibility with forked networks with unusuals ChainID

How to reproduce :

The Curve-js lib cannot connect to forked env on exotics chainID
Deploy and Anvil with chainid: 1337
and try to init the curve object with this ⏬

curve.init(
      "JsonRpc",
      {
        url: "http://localhost;8545",
        network: "localhost",
      },
      { chainId: 1337 }
    );
