If you open the data viewer from the application menu Data -> Show Stats Data, you should see the array of data used to generate the correlation matrix -- perhaps you can identify the patient(s) causing the issue? You might be able to design your query in such a way that ignores that data.
Every variable needs to the same length and no items can be NaN or inf, so it removes data until that's the case. Unfortunately, DVHA's implementation was not designed very well and sometimes that leaves you with no data too. The silver-lining though is you can copy the data into Excel or where ever you like to run your own stats pretty easily.
