Not able to resolve references whose keys may contain '/'

Hi
i am not able to resolve references whose keys may contain '/'

for example

a.json
{
 car : {
"$ref" : "car.json#/~1car"
}
}

car.json
{
 "/car" : {
"color" : "white"
}
}
