Named Entity Recognition and Vetting Environment

• Build instructions updated in the NERVE README.md [3] and also included in the Dockerfile [2] and Dockerfile.standalone-build file.
• Automatic deployment of Nerve setup; pulls from the master branch
• DockerHub setup to be the image registry: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/cwrc/nerve and will rebuild the image each time the master branch is updated.
• nerve.services.cwrc.ca setup to automatically poll DockerHub for image changes every 5mins, pull down the update, and recreate the nerve container.* Traefik configured to manage the secure http certificate and route requests to nerve.services.cwrc.ca
