use sccache

alternatively thinking about porting to cmake would make a lot of sense... but sccache would probably cache compilation so on recompilation it should woosh through might help devs as well

Also there is a problem with the linux version, that it doesn't use linux standards, so it's hard to package it.. bin should be binaries incldue headers, share is files like resources, etc.
