yarn run release was failing when using Node v12

I used Node v8.12 and the build was successful

I found the node version specified in .travis.yml

It would be good to specify the Node version to be used in the README

I shall create a PR if the node version I found is correct

@sebastiantf cyb succesfully builds with node 10.13
Upgraded README with that
