Screen jumps around erratically on scroll.

I would suggest confirming exactly which platforms this occurs on first.

Platforms

✗ = Broken
✓ = Working

✗ Mobile Safari (not required)
✓ Mobile Safari PWA
✗ iOS Simulator
? iPhone
? Android Simulator
? Android

Steps to Reproduce

Scroll smoothly up and down.

Current Behavior

Screen jumps around a lot.

Expected Behavior

Should scroll smoothly.
