What should be the development direction of this repository?

We can make a project - a manual with a good structure. This should look like documentation. We can also place the implemented project on gh pages, because reading in Git Repo is not convenient for the user. Why not do it?

I thought about converting it into book however I'm struggling with the content and the competition on the market in this niche. I like book format better than GHPages project however we can start from there and see where it gets us.
