Updating Default Dark and Default Light themes

The appeal was created for users who used old themes to pay attention to the update, and if new users find it pleasant to use, I will be glad to ask @d2phap to update the information on the site.

Changelog:

• The topics have been combined into a common repository.
• Merging the repository led to a name change for the dark and light theme pack.
• Updated support for the old version of ImageGlass from 8.2+ to 8.3+
• Updated Material Icons
• The color palette has been changed to a more pleasing to the eye, without bright accents.

Btw, can you rename the theme folder to <author-name>.<theme-name>?

The name was changed in the releases .igtheme

You need to change the folder inside of the .igtheme file too. ImageGlass uses that folder as the theme unique name
