Make text copyable

It would be nice to be able to copy text from dictionary entries. Hopefully it's as simple as switching to the SelectableText class: https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/material/SelectableText-class.html

Looks like that class was added with Flutter 1.9, so it didn't exist when the Flutter port of boQwI' was originally written.
