Is there an easy way to retrieve the generated IL code? I'm having an issue and could benefit from seeing the generated code.

There is something used in the tests, but it seems to only work on Windows...

I found that you can use dotnet dump, here is some intro how to take the memory dump: https://github.com/dotnet/diagnostics/blob/main/documentation/dotnet-dump-instructions.md

Then, in dotnet dump analyze you'll have to find the delegate object and then you should be able to use dumpil ADDR_OF_DYNAMIC_METHOD to see the IL code.

To find the object, I'd recommend making sure that the delegate is in a local variable on the stack when you are taking the dump (you can place while(true) right after the CompileFast call). Alternatively, you can look through all objects in dumpheap, it's a bit painful but with some scripting it's not that bad...
