You merged my PR #12 recently, in which I updated the version to 1.7.2 in the composer.json. However, github seems to think tag 1.7.2 was made months ago the last time we did this little dance, and if I now change my project's composer.json to require BinPacking v 1.7.2 I get the version from 2021.

I'm going to make a PR that simply bumps the version number to 1.7.3, hopefully merging that will produce a correct tag and update the package properly.
