Context menu opening an EPUB directly with ACE

For the Microsoft PC Windows 11 22H2, ACE version 1.3.2,

It would be helpful to be able to right click (Open With ACE) and EPUB file and have ACE open and start evaluating that EPUB.

Currently it just open's ACE App but does not start the evaluation.
However, if ACE is already running, doing this right click open with ACE will start the evaluation.

Sounds like some timing issue and the parameters of which file to act on isn't happening when the App initially launches vs. when the app is already running.
