Tests can have answers of: "No answer", "Not applicable", "Pass", "Fail". "Not applicable" is not in use, practically, but what does it mean if it were?
Discussing on the call - thoughts so far:
Require users to enter a note if they choose N/A
Only some tests can even receive N/A as an answer value
How does it affect scoring? Is it the same as "Fail" or is it not counted?
Idea to move incrementally, the first step would be to ask people to write notes if they use "N/A". Then we can see how it goes.
