At organisations in Uganda and Jalandhar-India, we could not connect to Microsoft Azure server. The API key being used at these locations worked at other locations. We also had following observations regarding this issue:
In Jalandhar-India, computers where this problem was coming were more than 10 years old. On a new laptop, the connection worked well.
Same API key worked in both locations in Balabolka software.
In Arushi-Bhopal-India, App was working well. However, they had to format the HDD. After re-installation, connection has not worked.
