Gain platform independance

In the long term, BLEnky should become platform independent.
It should consist of the following components:

• BLEnky core, with a platform-independant implementation
• Specification for the BLEnky-core API
• Reference implementation of BLEnky-core for some chips
• Specification for communication with BLEnky
  • BLE / GATT
  • Thread /CoAP
  • CAN
  • General packet based transports

This discussion aims to invite anyone with ideas to contribute.
