Should support:

Simple filtering by AND (optional OR support)
Ordering (ascending & descending)
Limit(n int)
Query.String() to SQL
Cursor (optional, for 1st version)

Limitations:

Single entity (table), e.g. no joins (for now)

Initial implementation should have a bridge for Google AppEngine.
