openjdk:25-slim tag is missing/unavailable, considering migration to Azul JDKs #1345

Hello,
I am raising this issue because the official openjdk:25-slim tag is currently unavailable on Docker Hub.
This recurring issue of new major version tags being slow to appear (see #551 regarding openjdk:24) combined with the ongoing deprecation and removal of older, stable tags (e.g., in docker-library/official-images#20210) presents significant maintenance challenges for production environments.
We rely on stable, consistent, and timely official image releases.
Given the current situation and the need for a reliable supply of the latest OpenJDK versions in a slim format, we are now actively evaluating Azul JDKs as an alternative base image for our projects.
We would appreciate a clear timeline on when the openjdk:25-slim and other 25-*-slim tags are expected to be available.
