that we are timing out on sub-mouse1-fni16/sub-mouse1-fni16_ses-161228151100.nwb in 000016

Overall we have ATM

so thousands of assets timing out , even with python open, across hundreds of dandisets. Should be investigated , but may be benchmarking and choosing of an alternative FUSE strategy (e.g. some webdav fuse on top of dandidav) could address it more or less.

this issue might be mostly resolved after we switch to davfs2

• Switch deployment on drogon to use dandidav + davfs2 instead of datalad-fuse #76
