Remove rules when container stops

First of all, thanks for the great tool. It is beautiful in its simplicty. I'm not very fluent in bash, but I'm wondering is it possible to add a feature to remove a forward when server's container stops?

Yes definitely would like to support this feature and think it is possible, just need to work out the exact mechanism!

@danielbodart Could store all the opened ones, and remove them on tear down, shouldn't be too tricky with SIGTERM
