Add Deployment options

We should have different options for deployment and they should be documented on README.md.

For starting I am thinking about choosing 2 or 3 of:

• Simple VM: bash script + pm2
• Heroku
• Dokku
• Kubernetes
• Google cloud run
• AWS Lambda
• Azure functions
• Netlify
• Now.sh

Any updates on this? Actually I am having problems deploying this on Heroku.
