Yes, sorry about that. We're moving fast, but hope to settle down soon. You can organize those however you want actually, the key part ist that it makes sense to you and to your PAI agent. In the latest system I do most of this under skills/PAI/SKILL.md |

Yes, they're equivalent files. In v0.4 we moved personal context to The key principle: put your personal context where it makes sense to you and your AI can find it. Skills are the current recommended approach because they auto-load at session start and integrate cleanly with Claude Code's skill system. As for TELOS.md - you can place it alongside KAI.md if using that structure, or integrate it into the PAI skill. Either works! |

Hey there!
Love this project and the ideas that it builds upon. I noticed the huge and exciting changes that has been made in v0.4. Though got a bit discouraged when i saw the changes, but thats only because i JUST had wrapped my head around the old structure and ideas. But im learning SOO much by trying to keep up, so at the end of the day its just fun and exciting!
I didnt find anything about it in the documentation (might not have looked close enough. If so, my bad!) but, as the title says, is the new /global/KAI.md file the same as the /PAI_DIRECTORY/Claude.md file from earlier releases? If that is the case, are there any significant changes to the content and/or structure of that file compared to earlier releases? And would i be correct in thinking that i should put my TELOS.md file alongside the KAI.md file? Guessing the TELOS.md file stays pretty much the same?
