Admin & Frontend - rules for default Home screen

If App has “List of Chats” setting here we default all Users to List of Chats.
The same applies if nothing is set or this setting information is not available.

If App has “Profile / Wallet” setting here, we default all Users to their own profile screen.

If User has “Owner” access to any app, we still keep defaulting to the Home screen as set, but “Admin” section becomes available too.
