This is a minor thing but we wanted to run it by you since there's legal implications.

The license file says:

This library is distributed under the terms of the GNU LGPL with the
OCaml linking exception.

But the headers say:

This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the terms of the GNU Library General Public
License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

With no reference to the OCaml linking exception. Is it possible to make these compatible / make it clear in the headers that the OCaml linking exception is supposed to apply?

I'm asking because a contributor to Pgx isn't sure what license to offer us code under: arenadotio/pgx#67 (comment)
