Doubt led pairing

First of all, I apologize for my English (I'm using a translator). I have a question, I did an installation on GameCube, it works perfectly, but for some reason the blue led that indicates if the module is paired or not, doesn't light up. I tried with other modules and the same thing happens. In other installations of other consoles, the blue led stays on once the controller is paired, I would appreciate help.
