Custom BlueRetro Universal PCB Design Help

So I've been working on a PCB for use with the Universal firmware. I have zero experience with PCB design and was looking for feedback on if this design is completely terrible or usable. My main goals with this design:

• Make as small as possible using ESP32-DEVKITC-32E board (open to using a different board)
• Have access to USB port
• Have status lights for P1 - P4
• Have separate hardware buttons for EN and Boot

I thought about putting the BlueRetro logo on the back of the board to look nicer but wasn't sure the rules on this. This is just a DIY to make one for myself.
