BlueRetro firmware version

BlueRetro firmware specification

HW1

BlueRetro firmware variant

System specific

BlueRetro hardware type

External adapter dongle (1 port only)

Manufacturer

8BitMods

System used

Nintendo 64

Bluetooth controller brand & name

NSO N64 Controller (official)

What is problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

NTSC JP N64, Brand new PSU, Everdrive 64 v2.5
Snowboard Kids (USA) (No-Intro set)

When saving my game, it saves successfully but the dongle appears to crash or reset itself.
The LED lights up solid for several seconds and the controller inputs are ignored.
After about 30 seconds, inputs are recognized again. The virtual controller pak defaults to the first slot (my Snowboard Kids save is on slot 2)

What did you expect to happen?

The save to occur normally and the dongle to remain responsive to inputs.

Updated to FW 24.10
Reproduced issue quickly.
Played a couple of rounds, saved and exited after each one, got the above behaviour where the dongle went unresponsive (crashed and reset itself?) and I had to reconnect the controller.
