The QC workflow are the views of data points at the subject and run level that contain the information the user needs to see in order to make a QC rating.

Subject view draft

  • The view focuses on the coregistration image
  • Context information is available as an on-demand overlay
  • Ratings can be amended by free-form text and pre-configured annotation labels

  • The view has two figures, one for the Bold > T1 in scanner space, the other for BOLD > MNI
  • Below / with scrolling are the time-course information including a carpet plot (i.e. something like this):
