When a new item is added to the WIMP/WOMP list, the item index isn't updated accordingly. Which makes whatever you had selected before potentially be incorrect.
Never really minded this behaviour, but it technically is an oversight and a bug.

removed the screenshot as it isn't actually pointing out the bug.
just stating their own personal opinion on the mod, my bad
EDIT: said opinion has now given me an idea to add an option that sets the WIMP/WOMP selection to the item you're adding/removing... hmmm
