Extract dm-core/spec/* to a standalone gem #300
Description
Code in dm-core/spec/* is used in other dm-* code for testing. It is not used in any way to run DM.
Instead, extract this code into it's own gem dm-spec-support (or something) and then use it as a dev dependency in other gems.
