Next steps: how can this prototype be improved, what do we need, and how can the gov client sustain themselves were they to integrate this product in their work (are we using open source tools to create these or what would be the cost implications), and what would the product lifecycle look like - how often would this have to be updated/maintained and what kind of skills one might need to do so
