Remove LFS objects from the repository

The repository currently holds a number of lfs objects (2 videos and a number of images) that need to be removed from the repository. They have been untracked from the main branch but I believe this doesn't solve the problem. I think we need to remove all references form all references in the repository in order to properly remove them. We will need to find alternative hosting for these if we want to keep them in the documentation.
