Project Milestone

Current Features:

1. All needed data has been cleaned and is in the repository.
2. Have a function map of the US that has event functionality for clicking and hovering. (Heat map only renders for population dataset)
3. State Level Graphs function for all datasets.

Future Work:

1. Update the heat map to work for all datasets.
2. Add more state-level graphs
3. Add a separate page for dataset comparisons
4. Make the page more aesthetically pleasing.
