BOM in bundled files causes problems #426

There was a bug in handling CSS files. Some text editors add a byte order mark (BOM) at the beginning of UTF-8 encoded files. When the bundle extension generates a bundle from included CSS files, the BOM could end up in the middle of a file. Generally, web browsers ignore a BOM at the beginning of a file, but they do not ignore it in the middle of a file. See also #422 and #403. |

This has been fixed a while ago. The latest version removes the BOM from generated files. |
