PHP errors with Wamp in local development environment

Using any php yellow.php commands result in those errors :

Work around

Instand of Wamp64, I use Xampp. I have not had any issue with it.

Thanks for the detailed bug report. We were able to reproduce the problem and currently working on a fix. The reason you are getting this error with Wamp64 and not in other environments is just because Wamp64 uses a more verbose php error reporting which is suitable for development (E_ALL). Our GitHub tests already have been updated to better trace these errors and warnings. Meanwhile if you feel more comfortable with Wamp64 you could simply lower php's error reporting.
