Either switch back to github pages and build there ... - see observablehq/framework#1030

Or setup actions simply to redeploy on github pages https://www.codemzy.com/blog/scheduling-builds-cloudflare

PS: why do we need this? observable caches all its data locally so we need to rebuild to get new data (it does not pull from an API ...)
