ok downgrading to 3.10 instaed it works now i have this error

translating file: dialogs\Actors.json
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\xxxx\Desktop\vn\rpgmaker-mv-translator\dialogs_translator.py", line 298, in <module>
    translations += t
NameError: name 't' is not defined
