Deploy on lambda with secrets management and scheduled runs.

Document steps or provide a script for personal setup

Turns out headless chrome is too big for lambda. Logging into AMZN through pure http is untenable. Need to containerize. Cloud run is a good solution which can run on a schedule

got rid of headless chrome so lambda is still an option. but damn parameter store and aws permissions/docs are hard to work with
