我在阅读代码的时候看到shadowsocks-android-java是通过先连接本地的TCPProxyServer，再由TCPProxyServer向代理服务器发包收包，不是很理解为什么要TCPProxyServer，不能由App 本地直接与代理服务器通信吗

你怎么控制app直接连你的服务器呢？这是不可控的，app是第三方的。
